KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police are investigating the death of an elderly woman who was found inside a home near 35th Street and Hardy Avenue in Independence, Mo., on Wednesday afternoon.
Police said they believe her body had been inside the home for a couple of months. Foul play is not suspected at this time.
No other information has been released.
