Prairie Village police say missing 76-year-old with Alzheimer’s found safe

PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. — Prairie Village police announced Thursday that a missing 76-year-old man has been located in Kansas City, Missouri and is safe.

According to police, James Jennings was last seen Wednesday around 7 p.m. walking near West 63rd Street and Brookside Boulevard.

Jennings has early onset Alzheimer’s, according to police.

Police said Jennings was returned to his home by officers and has been reunited with his family.
