After leaving virtually the same dull inclement weather closing message one after the other for parents and students, one Kentucky elementary school principal and drama teacher decided to spice it up a little bit.

Using a little wit and creativity, the pair recorded a very memorable and clever message for their snow day.

The caption under the video on YouTube read “We like to have fun at our school. So, after several school closings due to snow and cold, we recorded this call to parents to see if we could make them laugh. I think we succeeded.”

And then it’s signed, ‘Boone County.’
