GRAIN VALLEY, Mo. -- Kansas City Premium Roofing comes to the rescue of the Gilio family of Grain Valley. More than a year ago, the Gilios paid ARI Construction $8,000 to put on a new roof. ARI's owner Prince Ted Tyler cashed the check but never did the work.

When Shawn McAlpin of Kansas City Premium Roofing learned of the Gilios predicament, he and his company volunteered to do the work for free so that the family would finally have a reliable roof over its head.

FOX 4 Problem Solver Linda Wagar is Working for You with the report.
