HOLT, Mo. -- The snow days are over, so it's back to school for most kids. But, 40 kids in the Kearney school system didn't make it to class on Thursday.

School bus drivers decided roads were too slick. FOX 4's Sean McDowell takes us to Holt, where parents are angry about the decision to skip their children.
