Study: Kids more distracting than cell phones while driving

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A new study points the finger at mom and dad when it comes to their biggest distraction while driving -- their kids.

In fact, it's such a distraction, that they are 12 times more a disturbance than cell phones.
