WYANDOTTE COUNTY, Kan. — The Wyandotte County district attorney announced Wednesday that the two people arrested in the battery of a teen with special needs have been charged as juveniles.
One is 14-years old and the other is 12-years old.
The 14-year-old faces one count of aggravated battery and one count of battery. The 12-year-old faces one count of aggravated battery.
The district attorney hasn’t decided whether to pursue adult charges.
