SEDALIA, Mo. — Pettis County prosecutors are expected to file charges against two Sedalia men, ages 21 and 23, accused of an arson that police say killed a man.

Matthew Eldenburg, 29, was located inside a burning residence at 1903 South Grand on June 23. Firefighters found Eldenburg and he was taken to the hospital, but died from his injuries.

On Thursday, police arrested the two young men without incident and are requesting arson charges be filed.
