KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The 20th annual Forks & Corks event benefits Harvesters—The Community Food Network. Forks & Corks will feature more than 50 of Kansas City’s finest restaurants and premier beverage purveyors all in one evening, all under one roof. The food and wine tasting event is Thursday, April 28, from 6:30-9 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of the Kansas City Convention Center.

Last year Forks & Corks guests helped Harvesters provide more than one million meals to those in need. Forks & Corks is the city’s largest hunger relief benefit.

This year there will be live music from Lost Wax, a Kansas City-based cover band playing great music from the last five decades.  The event’s silent auction includes KC Royals and Sporting KC tickets, restaurant and wine packages, theater packages, and more.  Tickets for Forks & Corks are $100 each and are now available online at www.harvesters.org or by phone at 816.929.3010. Tickets will be sold at the door for $120.
