Gram & Dun’s Potted Heirloom Tomato Salad


  • 2 Large Heirloom Tomatoes, skinned and diced
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 2 cups wild arugula
  • 6 leaves tarragon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Cracked pepper to taste
  • Crackers


Toss tomatoes, with tarragon, sea salt, cracked pepper, olive oil and serve over arugula with sherry vinegar and crackers
