1st Quarter

- Mahomes finds Kadarius Toney on a 38-yard reception to the Broncos 22
- Mahomes is picked off by Justin Simmons in the endzone
- Kadarius Toney fumbles on a punt return and the Broncos take over at the Chiefs 16
- Russell Wilson scores on a 16-yard touchdown run, Broncos lead 10-6
- Mahomes finds Jerick McKinnon on a six yard touchdown pass, Chiefs lead 10- 6
- Trent McDuffie forces a fumble after getting to Russell Wilson on a blitz, George Karlaftis recovers and the Chiefs will take over at their own 40-yard line
- Mahomes finds Justin Watson on a 27 yard pass to get the Chiefs in field goal range with five seconds
- Harrison Butker misses a 51-yard field goal
3rd Quarter
- The Chiefs have two straight three-and-outs to start the quarter
- Wilson finds Albert Okwuegbunam on a 25-yard touchdown pass, Broncos lead 17-13
- Mahomes finds Blake Bell on a 17-yard touchdown pass , Chiefs lead 20-17
4th Quarter
- L’Jarius Sneed intercepts Wilson and returns it to the Broncos 17
- The Chiefs capitalize on the turnover as Mahomes finds McKinnon again for a three-yard touchdown pass, Chiefs go up 27-17, McKinnon continues to emerge as a top target for the Chiefs
- Wilson runs in for a four-yard touchdown, his second of the game, Chiefs lead 27-24
- The Broncos force a three-and-out
- The Broncos don’t convert on 4th & 2 after Wilson is sacked by Chris Jones with 1:21 left
- Mahomes finds Travis Kelce on a six-yard pass for a first down with 1:10 left, that should seal the game
- Chiefs win 27-24
