LAWRENCE, Kan. — University of Kansas basketball campers and fans got their first look at the 2013-14 men’s basketball team on Wednesday.

The latest edition of KU basketball played a team of alums led by Tyshawn Taylor and Sherron Collins in the annual “camp game” during Bill Self’s Basketball Camp.

Andrew Wiggins, the number one recruit in the nation who committed to KU just last month, hasn’t arrived on campus yet. He is now expected to make it to Lawrence sometime Friday night.

Freshman guard Brannen Greene scored 21 points to lead the current Jayhawks to a 91-76 victory.

Both squads were hot from distance.

Greene made 5 three-pointers and freshman Conner Frankamp was 4-4 from beyond the arc (12 points).

Taylor, a reserve guard for the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets, led the alums with 19 points.

Collins finished with 16.
