Mizzou, K-State and Kansas ink new recruits on National Signing Day

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas Jayhawks and Kansas State Wildcats each introduced a class of 24 new football players on Wednesday while the University of Missouri announced a 2015 class of 23 new players.

Mizzou made a splash on National Signing Day by getting a national letter of intent from defensive tackle Terry Beckner Jr., ranked as the #2 prospect in the 2015 class by ESPN. New KU coach David Beaty said he was excited about his first class, which includes 17 prospects from the State of Texas. Kansas State's 24-man class only included one junior college transfer, the fewest since 1992.
