Warm start to the week
Skies will be partly cloudy at sunrise with just a few stray sprinkles across Northern Missouri, and temperatures start mild in the 50s. Winds pick up during the day Monday with gusts up to 35 MPH as temperatures soar into the 80s. Clouds decrease through the day for a sunny and unseasonably hot start to the week. Moisture then arrives on Tuesday with widespread rain chances for most of the day and temperatures in the 60s. Patchy rain chances continue Wednesday and Thursday. A cold front will brings cooler air and more showers for the weekend, with another strong drop in temperatures by the end of the month.
